“What stands out about S.O.M.A is the focus on spirit. Other schools develop a tough mindset while practicing curriculum for the development of the body, which is great, but in addition to those important aspects S.O.M.A focuses on the development of a strong spirit. A strong spirit steps in reminding us to not quit when the body is sore, and/or when the mind feels defeated. Being a student of over seven years at SOMA our son and his fellow students have developed a spirit of humility, understanding, confidence, and strength while displaying actions that embodies a 100% effort and commitment in and outside of the school.”
